Larissa is no stranger to our Colorado Springs Real Estate community. An agent for nearly 8 years, a PPAR Leadership Academy graduate, PPAR YPN (Young Professionals Network) Co-Chair, Community Relations Co-Chair/Chair, PPAR (Pikes Peak Association Realtors) Board Director and former Employing Broker of her previous brokerage, she has been deeply involved at many levels, working hard to impact our Realtor community. Raised in a town of 500 people in southern Kansas, Larissa has a deep appreciation for the beauty of Colorado. Over the years, she has helped numerous families with the remote buying process, first time home buyers, 1031 exchanges and investment opportunities.
